Your number is linked to automated Labels

Why this happens

Your WhatsApp Business app has automated Labels switched on. Meta blocks embedded signup until you turn it off.

How to fix it
  1. Open the WhatsApp Business app on your phone.
  2. Go to Account → Labels.
  3. Turn off automated labels.
  4. Close the app completely, then reopen it.
  5. Come back here and connect again.
🔎 If you can't find the setting

In some app versions this switch is hidden or missing. Update the WhatsApp Business app to the latest version and look again. If it is still missing, contact Meta Business Support and quote error #3441061 — only Meta can clear it from their side.

Your number is already registered elsewhere

Why this happens

The number is currently linked to another tool — Meta Business Suite (INBOX) or another provider. You need to unlink it there first before connecting it to nashir.ai.

How to fix it
  1. Open the WhatsApp Business app on your phone.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Business Platform (linked accounts).
  3. Tap Unlink.
  4. Wait about 15 minutes for Meta to release the number.
  5. Come back here and connect again.
🚫 Do not uninstall the app

Do not uninstall the app to unlink — that breaks the connection and causes re-onboarding problems. Always unlink from inside the app.

The connection window closed before it finished

Why this happens

The Meta popup did not finish, so no confirmation code reached us. This usually means a popup or cookie blocker stopped it, or the window was closed too early.

How to fix it
  1. Allow popups and cookies for this site in your browser.
  2. Try a different browser (Chrome works well).
  3. Tap Connect and complete every step in the Meta window — do not close it until it says it is done.
  4. If it fails again, refresh this page and retry.
