Data Deletion

nashir.ai is committed to respecting your privacy. This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from our systems, including data shared via our Facebook and Instagram integration.

What data nashir.ai holds

When you connect a Facebook or Instagram account through nashir.ai, we store:

Your name and email address (from account registration)
Facebook Page access tokens — used to publish scheduled posts on your behalf
Page name and ID — used to identify which pages you have connected
Scheduled post content — text and image URLs you have created
Activity logs — actions taken in your account (sign-in, password change, etc.) for security purposes

We do not store your Facebook profile information, personal timeline data, friend lists, or any data beyond what is listed above.

How to delete your data

Option 1 — Delete your account (recommended)

The fastest way. Deleting your account immediately removes all your personal data, connected social accounts, and scheduled posts from our systems.

Option 2 — Disconnect individual accounts

If you only want to remove your Facebook or Instagram connection without deleting your nashir.ai account, disconnect individual accounts from the Accounts page. This deletes the associated access tokens immediately.

Option 3 — Email request

Send us a data deletion request by email. Include your nashir.ai account email address. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

Timeline

Self-service deletions (Options 1 & 2) are effective immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days of verification.

This page serves as the nashir.ai Data Deletion Callback URL required by Meta for apps that use Facebook Login or the Graph API. If Meta has directed you here, please use one of the options above to request deletion of your data. After deletion we can provide a confirmation reference if needed — email legal@nashir.ai.
