If you downgrade, nothing is deleted: anything above your new plan's limits is paused and comes back automatically when you upgrade again.

Yes — Starter and Pro both start with a free trial of up to 14 days, counted from the day you create your account, with every feature of the plan unlocked. It starts as soon as your email is verified. AI replies during the trial are capped at 500; your plan’s full monthly allowance starts when you subscribe. There is no free plan to sign up for: if the trial ends without a subscription, your account is frozen, with the same steps as a late payment but without the 5 extra days. No card required to start.

Nothing stops for 5 days after your renewal date, and we email you reminders. On day 5 your account is frozen: your bot, sending and publishing stop, but your customers' messages are still saved and everything works again as soon as you pay. If you haven't paid 25 days later, your account is canceled, and it is scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days after that.
