This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of nashir.ai, a social media scheduling and management platform operated by nashir.ai, and applies to all content you schedule and publish through the Service. By using nashir.ai, you agree to comply with this policy.

nashir.ai is a scheduling tool. We do not review content before it is published. You are solely responsible for everything you publish through our Service.

You must not use nashir.ai to schedule or publish content that:

Illegal content

• Violates any local, national, or international law or regulation
• Promotes or facilitates illegal activity of any kind
• Infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
• Violates the privacy rights of others (e.g., sharing personal data without consent)

Harmful and abusive content

• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or content that promotes violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Harasses, bullies, intimidates, or threatens any individual or group
• Exploits or endangers minors in any way
• Contains graphic violence, gore, or disturbing content intended to shock

Spam and deceptive content

• Is unsolicited commercial communication (spam)
• Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Impersonates any person, brand, or organisation
• Uses manipulative tactics designed to deceive your audience
• Artificially inflates engagement metrics in violation of platform policies

Malicious content

• Contains malware, viruses, ransomware, or any other harmful software
• Links to phishing sites or sites designed to collect information deceptively
• Attempts to interfere with or disrupt any computer systems or networks

In addition to prohibited content, you must not:

• Use the Service to publish content at a volume or frequency that violates Meta's rate limits or Platform Terms
• Share your API keys with unauthorised parties or use them in publicly accessible code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from nashir.ai
• Use automated scripts to interact with the nashir.ai web interface in a way that causes excessive server load
• Resell or sublicence access to nashir.ai without our written permission
• Use the Service to test, probe, or scan for vulnerabilities without our written authorisation

nashir.ai uses the Meta Graph API to publish content. You must also comply with:

• Meta Platform Terms
• Facebook Community Standards
• Instagram Community Guidelines

Violating Meta's policies through nashir.ai may result in your connected accounts being restricted or removed by Meta, independently of any action taken by nashir.ai.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may take any of the following actions without notice:

• Remove or cancel scheduled posts
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently terminate your account without refund
• Report your activity to relevant authorities or platform operators

We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking action on violations that we deem severe or that pose an immediate risk.
