Nashir never charges you automatically. You renew yourself from Billing:
What each status means
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Trial | Your free trial is running. Every feature of your plan works, with up to 500 AI replies. |
| Active | You've paid for the current period and everything works. We email you 7 days and 3 days before your renewal date. |
| Payment overdue | Your renewal date passed without payment. Everything keeps working for 5 days while we remind you. |
| Frozen | Your bot, sending and publishing are off, and the dashboard is locked. Your customers' messages are still saved. Pay to unfreeze. |
| Canceled | 25 days after the freeze. New customer messages are no longer saved. Pay to restore your account before it is deleted. |
What happens if you pay late
This is what happens if your renewal date passes without a payment.
Day 0: your renewal date passes. Your status becomes Payment overdue, but nothing stops. Your bot, inbox, publishing and campaigns keep working. We email you a payment link on day 1 and day 3, then send a final notice on day 4.
Day 5: your account is frozen.
What stops:
- Your bot stops replying on every channel.
- You can't send inbox replies, publish posts, or send WhatsApp campaigns and follow-ups.
- Anything scheduled while your account is frozen is not sent, and it isn't sent later when you pay, so you'll need to schedule it again.
- The dashboard is locked; only Billing stays open.
- Your website chat widget is hidden, and the API and Claude connection stop working.
What you keep:
- Your plan, knowledge base, catalog, contacts, conversations and settings.
- Your connected accounts: we don't disconnect them.
- Messages from your customers on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are still saved. You'll see how many are waiting, and we email you the count every week.
Pay any time while frozen and everything works again straight away.
Day 30: your account is canceled.
- What stops: new messages from your customers are no longer saved. Anything sent from now on is lost.
- What you keep: all your data, including the messages saved while your account was frozen. Pay before day 60 to restore your account.
Day 60: your account is scheduled for permanent deletion. From this date, your account and everything in it may be permanently deleted at any time. That includes your knowledge base, catalog, contacts, conversations and connected accounts. A deleted account can't be recovered.
Good to know
- We check once a day, so a step can happen up to a day later than shown. Our emails always give you the exact date.
- If your trial ended or you canceled, there are no overdue days. Your account is frozen when the trial or paid period ends, canceled 25 days later, and scheduled for deletion 30 days after that.
- If you pay through Salla, renew from your Salla dashboard. Once Salla tells us your subscription has ended, the same steps apply: frozen, then canceled, then deletion.
- At every step, conversations older than 90 days are removed as usual.
