Account Health gives your account a score out of 100 and shows exactly what needs attention, each with a fix link: /health
- AI workflow — is your assistant active and replying? If it is off, your bot answers no one. This is the heaviest check.
- Unassigned accounts — a connected page/number that is not attached to any business; messages to it get no AI reply. Assign it.
- Account tokens — an expired or revoked login for one of your pages. Reconnect from Accounts.
- Plan — trial ending or payment overdue.
- WhatsApp quality — Meta's quality rating for your WhatsApp number (shown if WhatsApp is connected).
- Knowledge base — whether the assistant has documents to answer from.
- Catalog — whether a photo-answering assistant has products.
- Last publish — how long since your last successful post.
The "as of" time shows when the data was last collected — it refreshes daily and on demand.
