Open the post on the Scheduler calendar — failed posts show the reason. The common ones and their fixes: /scheduler
- Login expired ("reconnect") — the page login died. Reconnect the account, then re-schedule.
/accounts
- Platform busy / rate limited ("try later") — the network temporarily limited requests. Wait an hour; many posts retry automatically.
- Image size or format rejected — TikTok needs JPEG photos of a reasonable size; Instagram has aspect-ratio limits. Replace the photo and retry.
- Video required — YouTube only publishes videos.
- Platform rules — the network declined the content under its policies. Adjust the content and try a new post.
- No connected account — the post had no active account for that network. Connect or re-activate it.
The readiness panel in Schedule a Post catches most of these BEFORE scheduling — see: Why a post can fail before publishing.
