Schedule a post

1. Open Scheduler from the sidebar.

1. Press the new-post button — the Schedule a Post window opens.
2. Write your caption and add your photos or a video.
3. Pick the platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Threads…). Each selected network gets its own tab — open a tab to change the caption or options for just that network.
4. Choose the time: publish now, or pick a date and time for later.
5. Press schedule. The post appears on the calendar; you can open it later to edit or cancel before it publishes.

Before scheduling, the window shows a readiness panel per network — if something is missing (for example a video for YouTube), it tells you before the post can fail. See: Why a post can fail before publishing.
