- Business info — your business description, location, and what you sell. The assistant uses this to introduce your business correctly.
- Voice — how the assistant should sound (tone, welcome message, language). You can preview the result live.
- Knowledge — upload your FAQ, price list, or any document with real answers. You can skip and add it later from Knowledge base.
- Catalog — add your products with photos so the assistant can quote real items. Also skippable.
- Test — chat with your assistant like a real customer. Ask a question your customers actually ask and check the answer.
- Activate — pick the connected pages/numbers the assistant should reply on, and go live.
You can leave and come back any time — the wizard remembers your step.
