When customers ask something the assistant could not answer well, nashir collects those questions for you. Answer them once — the assistant learns them forever.

- Write the correct answer under a question and approve it.
- The answer is added to your knowledge automatically — next time, the assistant answers it correctly.
Check this page once or twice a week; it is the fastest way to make the assistant noticeably smarter about YOUR business.
Fix a reply that came out wrong
The teach page collects questions the assistant could not answer. The opposite problem — an answer it gave confidently, that was wrong — is fixed from your inbox instead.
Open the conversation, find the assistant's message, and use Fix this answer on it.
The panel answers "why this answer?" before asking you to fix anything. It shows the customer's question and the exact piece of your knowledge the assistant used, so you can see the cause instead of guessing. From there you can mark that piece This is wrong — correct it, then write the correct answer under Add the right answer and save.
Two things happen on save: the wrong piece is switched off so it stops being used, and nashir immediately asks the same question again to check that your correction is what comes back. If something else still ranks ahead, it tells you rather than leaving you to discover it from the next customer.
The same fix works on comments.
Your answers library
Every answer you approve or correct is kept in one place, under Curated answers. These are your answers, and they outrank anything read from your uploaded files — so when a file and an answer disagree, your answer wins.
You can add an answer directly with Add answer without waiting for a customer to ask, edit any answer's wording, or switch one off temporarily without deleting it. If you write something very close to an answer that already exists, nashir shows you the existing one first so your knowledge does not fill up with near-duplicates that contradict each other.
