With a catalog, the assistant can answer "how much is X?" with the real product, price, and photo.
- Open Your AI → Catalog from the sidebar.
- Upload your products: a CSV/Excel file with names, prices, and photo links — or add products one by one with their photos.
- Wait for processing to finish; each product appears in the products list.
- Test it: ask the assistant (wizard Test step) about one of your products by name.
Photo tips:
- Use clear JPEG photos (WhatsApp does not accept WebP images as photos).
- One main photo per product is enough; you can add more.
Changing prices or details later — you do not need to delete anything. Edit your file and upload it again. Rows that match a product you already have are updated in place; rows that are new are added; and any product that is not in the file is left exactly as it was. After the upload finishes, the catalog page tells you per row what happened — added, updated, unchanged, or skipped — so you can see the change landed instead of assuming it did.
Two things a re-upload never changes: your product photos, and the name of a product that has no sku column. Add a sku column if you want to rename products by upload. Photos are changed from the product's own page.
To remove a product, open the products list and use the delete action on its row.
