Plans renew manually — nothing happens automatically. To pay for the next period, open the renewal link and complete the checkout yourself.
- Open Billing & Plan.
- Press the renew/upgrade button for your plan — it opens a secure payment page (local Iraqi payment methods supported).
- Complete the payment. Your plan is extended by 30 days immediately.
We also email you a fresh payment link 7 days and 3 days before your period ends, so you never lose service by surprise. If a payment is late, nothing stops for 5 days. After that your account is frozen: your bot, sending and publishing stop until you pay. If it stays unpaid, it is canceled 25 days later and scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days after that. What happens at each step:
