What your bot can do

Your bot is live and answering customers. That is the beginning, not the end — you decide what it says, you correct it when it is wrong, and you control what stays private. Here is the whole picture, shortest path first.

1. Teach it the answers you want

Every question a customer asks that your bot could not answer well is collected for you. Answer it once and the bot knows it forever, and your answers outrank anything it reads from your uploaded files.

Open Your AI → Teach your bot from the sidebar and work through the list once or twice a week. It is the single fastest way to make the bot smarter about your business.

2. Bring in your past conversations

If you have answered customers on Facebook or Instagram for years, that history is a ready-made training set. nashir can read those past conversations and turn the questions you already answered into answers your bot can use — and you approve every one before it counts.

Start from the Channels page, where the import appears once your Facebook page is connected.

3. Correct a reply that came out wrong

When you see a bot answer you do not like, you do not have to hunt through your files for the cause. Open the conversation in your inbox, and on the bot's own message use Fix this answer — it shows you which piece of your knowledge produced that reply, lets you mark it wrong, and lets you write the correct answer in its place.

4. Comments and private messages are not the same

A public comment under your post and a private message are two different rooms. Your bot handles both, and you can decide — per answer — that something should only ever be said in private. When a comment asks that exact question, the bot answers privately instead and says so publicly.

5. Keep your prices out of public comments

Competitors read your comments. Turn on price protection and any bot reply carrying a price, phone number, or email is sent to the customer as a private message instead, while the public reply politely points them to their inbox.

6. Test it, and keep an eye on it

Send your bot a test message the way a customer would, and check the health page if a channel ever goes quiet.

7. Take bookings through your bot

If customers book time with you — visits, tables, sessions — your bot can check free times and book them, and your team can book walk-ins from a calendar. One switch per service decides whether a customer books a named staff member or any slot at your business; get it right first and everything else follows.

Do not see one of these yet? Some features reach accounts in stages. If a page or button described here is missing from yours, it is on its way — ask the assistant in the corner of your screen and it will tell you where things stand.
